The kids enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and pool area, and we loved the helpful staff. We also appreciated that the location was just a short walk to all the main attractions.
My kids wished the breakfast area was quieter. It can be pretty noisy when families gather to eat in the courtyard early in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal.

Oh man, the fried oysters at Tr3s 3istro were absolute magic, and don't even get me started on the cozy vibes of the hotel with a stunning garden! Perfectly located, only a stone's throw from the Zocalo, and the staff were super chill and helpful.
Now about the room—super humid with hardly any natural light, my bed felt like a rock, and hot water was a gamble. It felt overpriced for what we got, a little TLC wouldn't hurt.
